Hello lovelies,
We are really on the home stretch now! I'm 37 weeks pregnant, baby boy will be here soon and I really feel like I'm on the home stretch.
We recently had our maternity photo shoot. It was so nice to spend the day with my little family getting some photos taken. I was sent two gorgeous dresses from Mama Rentals which is a maternity dress rental company. Mama Rentals stocks all the big maternity clothing brands such as Fillyboo and Coven and Co. The two dresses I'm wearing are Fillyboo dresses and SO divine! It's so handy to have a service like this, you just order the dress you want then send it back! No need to pay a fortune for a dress you're only going to wear once. Lifesaver!
Our maternity photographer was Nadine from Nadine T Photography. She is a Brisbane based photographer who specialises in maternity, newborn and family photography. Her studio is so warm, welcoming and spacious. Seraphina was able to comfortably crawl around while I was getting photos taken.
Nadine made me feel so comfortable and at ease straight away. She has such a lovely, warm nature. Sean even felt comfortable getting pictures taken and as many of you know he is not a fan of getting his picture taken!
I had some photos taken in Nadine's studio first then we drove to a field 10 minutes from the studio and did our family photos in the most gorgeous sunny field. We really wanted to capture that gorgeous afternoon glow. Seraphina really enjoyed being in the field and Nadine was able to capture a special moment of Sean picking Seraphina flowers, which Seraphina thought was hilarious. Her smile says it all!
We had such a fun filled afternoon with Nadine, she was so patient and worked with Seraphina's craziness! She was everything we could possibly want and more in a photographer. I know we will continue to use her as our family photographer for many years to come.
The next time I update you, will be on the birth of our baby boy!
Until next time,
Love and light,
